Our recent win for the Pepper Agency Website Redesign in the User Interface Design (UI) – Website Redesign category of the recent London Design Awards has us doing cartwheels all over the office! It’s such an honour to be recognised by this prestigious awards body.

This project was about capturing the essence of a social‑first agency, Pepper Agency, and translating their ethos of “People connect with people”  into a digital experience that feels intuitive, editorial, and deeply human.

🎨 Designing for Connection

Pepper asked us to create a platform that blended crystal‑clear UX, rich storytelling, and creator‑led energy, all while showcasing the strategic impact behind Pepper’s award‑winning campaigns.

To achieve this, the redesign focused on:

  • Grid‑based layouts inspired by modern social content
  • Interactive storytelling elements that guide users through each campaign
  • Bite‑sized content that mirrors how audiences naturally consume information
  • A clean, editorial structure that elevates clarity and emotional resonance
  • Advanced CMS logic and dynamic filtering to support a robust, scalable backend
  • Modular storytelling templates that future‑proof the site for growth

Built in Webflow, the site pushes the platform to its limits; delivering speed, scalability, and pixel‑perfect performance without sacrificing creative ambition.
